Time-critical

What modes of transport do you cover?

With an array of carriers that we work closely with, we can offer road, rail, air, sea, and same-day courier work.

Can you deliver same day across Australia?

We do have services that may be able to cater to same day Australia wide deliveries, dependent on location, freight size, when freight is ready for despatch, opening and closing hours, and what flights are available.
Although, these need to be booked in early for our best chance at achieving a same day delivery.

Metro to metro can be done on the same day, utilising one of our local couriers. There are separate service levels for couriers to determine how quickly freight can be picked up and delivered, e.g., Standard, Express and Direct.

How do you handle temperature-sensitive or regulated freight?

We use specialised carriers that transport goods that require a specific temperature range such as dry, chilled (0-4 degrees) and frozen goods (-25 degrees).

Before despatch, we ensure we have received all temperature requirements for movement to prevent spoilage.

We only use carriers that have a focus on providing a temperature-controlled environment with the highest level of quality assurance.

What’s your cut-off time for urgent dispatch?

Each of our carriers have a different cut-off based on the service requested.
If you have missed cut-off for a linehaul carrier, we have recovery options, such as utilizing a courier to deliver freight into the carriers depot to travel on linehaul that night.

For urgent dispatch that must be delivered within a strict time frame, we have time-critical services, where the cut-off for despatch time varies dependent on flight availability, quantity, and size of the freight.

Do you offer tracking and PODs?

Yes. We utilise Machship for our FMS which integrates with most of our carriers.
This platform gives you visibility of your consignment statuses and PODs are uploaded.

If you have any questions, please call us on 1300 090 309 and one of our incredible customer service team will be able to assist you with tracking.

Projects and Complex Freight

Can you complete specialised movements that require equipment?

Yes. We have carriers that can complete deliveries with specialised equipment such as tailgates, flatbed, and tray trucks, hiabs and cranes.

Which regions or locations do you service?

We can do anything from local, metro to metro, rural, all the way to international shipments.

Do you offer full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), or both?

Both! We can manage anything from small satchels to full loads.
